Ahhh!! The crispness of fall has arrived! Fall always energizes me just like spring does. I love the clear blue skies, the cool, cool nights and the anticipation of the holidays just around the corner.
Fall also brings with it the busyness of getting ready for those holidays. Shopping, planning, cooking, cleaning, shopping, shopping and shopping some more. I would love to help you with some of your shopping needs this year. Create a unique piece of art for friends and family with Everyday Alphabet Pics! I have some new products which include the new Alabama and Auburn prints that the photos were taken on the campuses! The new Bubbly Brights and prints from the Galaxy of Lights at Huntsville Botanical Gardens add some more color to my collection.
I have update my catalog with this post so be sure to take a look there. Some photos are gone and new ones are added.
I have several upcoming events where you can find me. This week I will be at Bob Jones High School in Madison on Tuesday and then on Thursday, I will be at Sparkman High School. I am thrilled to be able to set up a booth on the arsenal a couple of times in October. One of those times I will be in building 4203 (don't have a clue, but I'm sure some of you do) for two days the end of October. I will be doing a craft fair in Georgia the first weekend of November and then the Christmas NEACA show at the VBCC the first weekend of December. I still have some room on my calendar if you would like to host a party or have me set up at your place of business.
I look forward to seeing many of you this fall and helping you create that unique gift for your loved ones. Be sure to forward this to your friends and PLEASE follow my blog.

As interest continues to grow for the Everyday Alphabet Pics I have been taking, I thought I would start a blog to keep you informed of different things I am involved in. This has been an amazing journey so far and I am excited about what the future holds with this new business.
You can view all of my alphabet pics by clicking on one of the links above. Please send a link to this blog to all of your friends. This is, of course, a work in progress and I hope to have it where you can place orders, etc.
I did my first craft fair last weekend at Trinity Marketplace which was held at Trinity United Methodist Church on Airport Rd. in Huntsville. It was a very successful event and I plan on participating in other events similar to this throughout this coming year. I will keep you posted on where I will be!
I have attended a couple of workshops this past week to help me set up and grow my business. First was the tax workshop held at the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce on Thursday. (I know, very exciting, but necessary.) I learned a lot there about how and when to file my taxes and what forms to use. I also made some great contacts that I can go to with questions.
Saturday morning I attended an Art Marketing workshop in Athens that was sponsored by Art on the Square. I received TONS of valuable information at this workshop. Gina Hurst, an art consultant that I had had the privilege of meeting and consulting with before yesterday, was the featured speaker. There were about 50 artists in attendance and Gina gave us some great tips on how to get our art "out there"! Trisha Black, who is involved with the Spirit of Athens as well as Art on the Square gave a presentation on "The Art of Social Marketing". Social media is here to stay and is a great way to market our businesses. Overall I would give this workshop an A+. I did some great networking and learned a lot about the art community.
